October 27, 2025, China—A new revolution in green industrial manufacturing is underway! HallMark's independently developed, world-first integrated system for curing oil filter coating, RTO waste gas treatment, and heat recovery has recently been successfully put into production and is operating stably at a large coating production base in China. This marks the official entry of China's coating industry into a new era of zero fuel, ultra-low emissions, and waste heat steam generation.

Traditional coating production lines commonly face challenges: large fluctuations in exhaust gas concentration, high energy consumption, and waste heat. Rigo's newly launched integrated system creatively integrates the curing oil filter coating process, RTO regenerative waste gas incineration, and efficient heat recovery, achieving closed-loop intelligent control of the entire process.

  • Over 30% Increase in Production Speed: Precision coating + instant curing, single-line production capacity breaks the industry ceiling.

  • Exhaust gas concentration is extremely low and stable below 50mg/Nm³: RTO inlet concentration fluctuation is less than 5%, incineration efficiency >99.5%.

  • Zero Fuel Consumption: Self-sustaining combustion + cascaded waste heat utilization, eliminating the need for external natural gas.

  • Waste Heat Steam Generation: Generates 0.5-1 ton of saturated steam per hour, directly connected to the grid or used for drying.
