Suitable for particleboard (PB/SPB), MDF/HDF, OSB/FOSB and other wood-based panels. Supports thickness 0.8-40 mm and standard sizes 4×8/9/10ft (1220×2440–3050 mm), with wide compatibility.

Minimum detectable defect: 0.8 mm (800 μm). Repeatability accuracy ±0.1 mm (100 μm). False detection ≤0.3%, missed detection ≤0.2%, zero missed detection for existing defects.

Uses prompt-based deep learning with zero-shot transfer capability. Fast model adaptation for new defects and new panels, outperforming traditional supervised learning.

Equipped with 16K/8K/2K industrial line-scan cameras and high-brightness direct light sources to clearly capture defects including:

Line speed 100–300 m/min. Stable, low-vibration conveying design. Capacity up to 1300 m³ per 16 hours.

Auto-output premium, qualified, and rejected grades. Customizable grading thresholds to ensure zero defects in premium boards.
