This production line integrates a sander and a standard saw, primarily supporting medium-density fiberboard (MDF) continuous press or multi-layer press production lines. It can meet the needs of various engineered wood products manufacturers by producing various specifications.
1.Sanding (Finishing)
Rough Surface Removal: Removes the rough layer, pre-cured layer, and glue nodules from the surface of the board after hot pressing.
Thickness Calibration: Precisely controls thickness to ensure uniform thickness of the entire board and batches of boards.
Surface Optimization: Obtains a smooth, clean, and uniformly textured surface, improving the performance of subsequent coating, veneer, and other processing.
2.Sawing (Size Cutting)
Edge Trimming and Waste Removal: Removes irregular and defective edges from the board.
Slitting: Cuts large boards longitudinally according to width.
Size Cutting: Cuts horizontally to standard (e.g., 4×8 feet) or customized lengths.
Flexible Production: Supports mixed production of multiple specifications and rapid order switching.
Feeding → Sanding Section → Longitudinal Saw Unit → Cross Saw Unit → Stacking/Discharging
Sanding Unit: Typically composed of multiple sanding heads (coarse and fine sanding), performing double-sided sanding on both the top and bottom surfaces of the board.
Longitudinal Saw Unit: Performs longitudinal slitting and edge trimming on the sanded board, removing burrs and slitting it into strips.
Cross Saw Unit: Performs transverse cutting on the stack of boards, cutting them into the final finished product size.
Stacking Section: Stacks the sawn individual boards into neat stacks.
